外贸部经理助理(女性)---年薪待遇：3-4万

岗位职责：Responsibilities:

1.协助外贸经理开展外贸工作，处理相关外贸业务；Assist the foreign trade manager in the foreign trade work, deal with relevant foreign trade business;

2.配合公司的外贸部进行市场行业信息收集, 客户信息整理；Cooperate with the company of the ministry of information industry on market collect, customer information arrangement;

3.协调公司参展事宜和制作产品宣传资料。Coordinate company and make the product to the exhibitor for publicity material.

4.处理客户的询函, 客户订单的跟进；Deal with customer enquiry, customer order follow-up;

5.公司网页和商务平台的日常维护岗位职责The company web pages and business platform daily maintenance responsibilities

6. 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。Assigned by superior other routine work.

任职资格：Qualifications:女性

1、 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语或相关专业。College or above, major in international trade, business English, chemistry or related discipline.

2、 了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节，2年以上外贸相关领域工作经验。Understand the process of import and export business, familiar with foreign trade import and export business link, 2 years or above working experience in foreign trade related field.

3、 英语6级以上，具备良好的英语听说读写能力。熟练运用各种办公软件.CETl 6 or above, good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Proficient in use of various kinds of office software.

4、 较强的沟通和协调能力，独立处理工作能力；Strong communication and coordination ability, ability to work independently;

5、 诚实敬业，吃苦耐劳，有强烈的责任心，学习能力强，团队精神佳。且能在一定的压力下工作。Honest and hardworking, bears hardships and stands hard work, strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, good team spirit. And can under the pressure of certain work.
