职位描述：
Aims and Major Tasks 岗位职责
1、Incoming inspection of all materials included delivery document control
负责按检验标准对进厂原材料进行质量检验,按标准规定判定是否合格,包括送货资料的管控。
2、Perform / complete quality documents
认真填写好检验报告，并将检验结果及时报送给相关人员；
3、Create the test specimens and perform the vertical flame test and pressure deformation test，etc.
准备测试样本并执行垂直燃烧测试和压缩性测试及其它测试。
4、The quality inspector have to carry out the In-process patrol inspection， and also need check worker’s operation in accordance with the workmanship requirement.
质检员必须对车间各工序的产品进行过程巡检,同时还需要确认工人的操作符合工艺要求。
5、Internal error messages
内部错误信息
6、Maintain Test equipments calibration
管理维护测试设备校验
7、Sampling inspection for finished goods.
成品抽样检查
8、Tests of the 1 series part (customer-FAI)
客户FAI
9、Support internal and external quality system audits
参与配合内外部的质量体系审核
10、Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined by supervisor.
上级领导交办的其它工作任务。

QM Compliances 质量判定:
1、Qualitative assessment of the foam parts
海绵件的质量判定
2、Immediate reporting to the production quality problems
及时报备生产上的质量问题
3、Implementation of customers first article inspection
执行首件检查（客户）
4、Regular production tour (regulation compliance checks)
定期车间巡视（规章制度的遵从性检查）

Authority 职权:
1、Blocking of materials due to deviations
隔离（封存）不合格材料。
2、 Blocking of orders due to non-quality
冻结订单（如产品有问题）
3、Trigger of supplier complaints
发起供应商投诉
4、Sharing of materials only with small deviations beyond the tolerance
(Impression - and hardness +/-10%) for info on QM
如有材料或产品有些超出了公差范围的微小偏差（压缩-和硬度测试+/-10%）需告知质量经理。

职位要求Requirements：
1、Min. AA/ Trade School;
中专以上学历
2、At least 2 years QC experience, experience with aerospace trimming parts preferred, but not required
至少2年以上质检经验, 有航空内饰产品经验者优先。
3、Familiar with interpretation of engineering drawings/ specification
能看得懂图纸，熟悉工程图纸及规格要求
4、Must be willing go to relevant factories to do on- site inspection and final inspection
愿意去车间进行现场检验和最终检验
5、Skilled office software operation (Excel & Word etc.)
能熟练操作办公自动化软件（Excel & Word 等）
6、Familiar with QC process control tools
熟悉质量过程控制工具
7、Good communication skills and ability to work independently and under pressure, good teamwork spirit.
