Tasks:The following tasks are performed:
           Assist the purchasing deparement to make the orders in the system.
Comminicate with the suppliers to assure the order confirmation and on time delivery
Phone, Mail support with the suppliers and headquarter
Qualification and experience requirements:
College or higher Bachelor.
1-3 years work experience in foreign or j/v company as assistant
            Good command of English, knowledge of German beneficial
Good knowledge of PC hardware and software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, e-Mail)
Basic knowledge about the mechanical and electrical parts
Preferred SAP/Kingdee software
Other requirements :
           Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
