ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The primary role:
？ Provide accurate cost accounting to support monthly end of closing on time.
？ Make sure all the practices are compliance with corporate guidelines and statutory requirements.
？ Provides timely analysis reports to Finance Management with practical advices and proposal.
？ Assist to establish and implement effective and efficient standard cost management system. (Including costing policy & procedure).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Key responsibilities:
？ Coordinates month-end closing activity and maintains sub-ledgers related to production cost and other expenses:
？ Perform Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet analysis, correctly captured materials issued, labor and overhead, analyzing work order variances, analyzing reserve accounts, analyzing and allocating various product related expenses.
？ Responsible for the development of standard costs, BOM validation, product costs and reporting systems required to provide accurate financial information. Interacts with various departments to review cost for products.
？ Variance analysis, unusual trends checking, effectively enhance cost measurement by tracking cost driving factor.
？ Other tasks assigned from leader
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
？ You need to have a sound grasp of US/China GAAP and familiar with the principles of financial ratings
？ Good understanding of transaction and security documentation and the implications with regard to the banknotes ability to take action.
？ You should be hardworking and good team player. It’s critical for you to have strong interpersonal skills and client focus are vital, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work to tight timescales under pressure.
？ Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English is essential.

EDUCATION:
College above Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, good communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin. Familiar with SAP, word, excel etc.
