We are looking for the Management Assistant who will report to the Vice President, APAC Region of UPM Raflatac who is based in Shanghai.

What you’ll do
? Providing administrative support services to members of local management as assigned. Administrative support may include management events coordination, calendar management, travel coordinator, follow up/manage meeting minutes and expense management.
? Responsible for office administration and communications. Acting as site's intranet/Sharepoint key user.
? Coordinating office related vendors and contracts, monitoring related spend in compliance with the established office administration budget.
? Coordinating various office programs or projects as assigned.
? Managing travel carriers and locally preferred hotels, providing utilization and spend analysis, coordinating with global travel contacts and providing first level support for booking tool users.
? Administrating regional risk management program as assigned including preparation of various documents required during renewal, issuance of Certificates of Insurance, data retention and invoice processing.
? Other administrative support services as assigned.
Who you are
? Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
? Min 1-2 years related working experience in assisting executive leadership
? English skills, Native Chinese
? Good communication and coordination skills
? Good in time management
? Good learning agility
? Respect of company rules and regulations
? Integrity in keeping confidential information
? Attention to details, can do attitude
