For Airbus Beijing, Softdatabase China recruits one Software Technical Support in order to assist Chinese and Asian airlines in using software for “in the sky” and “on the ground” operations monitoring.
Software technical support for Airbus in Beijing
Mission
-To answer to inbound phone calls and process incidents (hotline).
-To investigate and find appropriate technical solutions.
-To provide solutions to Airlines staff.
-To liaise with the R&D team located in Bengalore (India) and Toulouse (France)
Requirements
-Strong motivation and willing to invest on a long term.
-Fluent oral and written English.
-Proven experience of hotline / support within computer software area.
-Good knowledge of Windows environment.
-Good communication skills, able to professionally communicate with airlines staff, with respect and courtesy in any circumstances.
-Open and positive mind, able to work within remote teams in an international environment.
-Ability to travel to India or France for long periods training (2 to 4 weeks).
The job location will be in Beijing at Airbus campus.
Working conditions are excellent.
Transportation from Beijing city as well as lunch are free.
