Shanghai LCM property management Ltd. is a joint venture of Hongkong Land Limited and CIFI Group. The two companies aim to work together to build "LC Mall", the Shanghai Pudong international lifestyle hub. With a total GFA of about 230,000 square metres, the project will cover modern high-rise apartments, low density luxury villas, 4 Grade A office buildings and a one-stop flagship shopping center of about 130,000 square metres.
