职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、针对公司产品特性，规划社会化媒体市场策略，策划并执行推广活动；
2、社会化媒体的运营维护，包括内容输出、活动发起、用户维系；
3、传播效果监控，包括文章数据与用户数据的收集整理(KPI:粉丝数量、发帖数量、阅读量、转发量、点赞量、互动量和私信回复)，
4、参与公司整体品牌、产品的营销策划与市场推广，把握目标客户特点，并根据实际项目进行整体构思，独立完成创意、文案及所需多种形式的内容支持工作；

岗位要求：
1、全日本科或以上学历，新闻、广告、市场营销相关专业，有微博运营经验、媒体采编经验和市场工作经验者优先；
2、热爱互联网，对微信、微博、SNS、博客、论坛等产品有浓厚兴趣或深刻认识 ；
3、具备良好的数据分析能力、语言及文字表达能力，喜欢并乐于接受新鲜事物，富有创意；
4、具有热情积极的工作态度、和团队合作精神。
5、对互联网创业、金融产品具备浓厚兴趣，有互联网相关工作经验者优先考虑；
