职位描述：
Role:
Support product managers in PO generation, delivery follow-ups, supplier communications, contract, rebates, invoice and payment.

Main responsibilities：
- Execute purchase requests including PO generation, supplier communication and delivery follow-ups
- Organize invoices and manage monthly payment for all suppliers
- Manage supplier contract/ legal certificates / brand authorization letter
- Track and process supplier rebate
- Ad hoc tasks assigned from Category Manager

Candidate requirements：
- Min 2-3 years working experience in merchandising, finance, accounting, or related area
- College +
- Great ownership and teamwork spirit
- Fast learner
- Understand English writing & speaking
- Familiar with Excel
