Service Center Team Leader, IMS

About you
? Experience from IKEA Retail or other units within IKEA.
? Ability to develop competence within team and individual levels.
? Ability to work in collaborative functional organizations with multiple locations.
? Knowledge of interpersonal communication methods and solutions.
? Ability to lead culturally diverse and remote teams.
? Good knowledge of Customer Service and Support Best Practice and techniques.
? Good knowledge about the store build up process and of product and services needed in a store, DC or other IKEA unit.
? A passion and experience of leading and developing business and people.
? Experienced in leading in change.
? Fluent in English, spoken and written. Other language is beneficial.
About the job

The IKEA IMS Service Center Team Leader is responsible for the leadership of Service Center teams in day to day operations focused on supporting IKEA IMS users. As part of a global organization you lead, develop and support the team in how to work and achieve the required level and quality of support for users of all IKEA IMS Products, Service and Solutions (You will also build and maintain a contact network with all IKEA-units as well as franchise stores around the world). You will work in a global environment, and close co-operation with our other areas to align user supports ways of working, which may involve some travel.
