We are an innovative and exciting European-Asian Invested Tech-Startup focused on the wine & service sectors for urban communities in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hong Kong and Singapore. In order to maximize opportunities with a successful expansion and growth in the Singapore market, we are looking to hire a passionate business development manager to join our Shanghai HQ office.
Scope of Position
The Business Development Manager reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for building strong relationships with partners in area of partnership marketing, co-partnered events, business development across SME and Corporate partners. Position remuneration consist salary base and commission.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish new partnerships with focus on co-partnered events, marketing and promotions
- Open to exploring new channels in area of digital, restaurants, SME and corporate.
- Posses existing relations with event agencies and F&B venues
- Plan, develop, and direct relationships with current partners
- Prepare sales forecasts and achieve monthly targets
- Being open to support rest of the team in start-up activities
- Capable of providing partners with end-to-end campaigns both online and offline
- Open to grow and expand role within the company
Job Requirements
- At least 2-4 years experience in the Food & Beverage, Events, Hospitality, Retail or Tech Start-Up Industry
- Proven track record with depth and experience across alcohol industry is essential
- Knowledge in events and digital marketing is essential
- Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with confidence and strong planning and organisational skills
- Diplomatic, strong business acumen
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Accepting and promoting multi-intercultural environment
- Ready to assume different roles during the start-up phase
