职位描述：
1.Take full responsibility for leading assembly line projects.
   负责整个流水线项目工作
2.Familiar with Roll Forming line is preferred
   有辊型生产线工作经验者优先
3.Fabricate assembly line and testing device internally or with external supplier
   在公司内部或与外部供应商合作制造装配线及测试设备
4.Support on new assembly line setup and commissioning for new product.
   支持新产品装配线的建立和调试
5.Create & Maintain engineering related datum/document.
   建立和维护与工程相关的数据和文件。
6.Establish and maintain process standards include Process Plan, operation instructions for the production processes at Plant.
   建立和维护过程标准，包括工艺计划，工厂生产过程的操作说明。
7.Support online trouble shooting of assembly line and test equipment.
   支持装配线和测试设备的在线故障排除。
8.Involve in assembly line optimization and continuous improvement.
   参与装配线优化和持续改进。
9.Work with maintenance team, to continuously improve machine stability and reliability.
   与维修团队一起工作，不断提高机器的稳定性和可靠性。
10.Support on lean project and assembly line modification.
   支持精益项目和装配线修改。
11.Support on technical problem solving of plant facilities.
   支持工厂设备的技术问题解决。
12.Promote the teamwork, and share experience and knowledge with other team member.
   促进团队合作，与其他团队成员分享经验和知识。
13.Working on any other duty or project on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct supervisor.
   负责直接主管指派的其他职责或项目。

任职要求：Experiences & Qualifications
1、University degree in Mechanical-electrical engineering or Automation机械电子工程或自动化专业本科学历
2、At least 3 years related experiences 3年以上相关工作经验
3、Be familiar with electrical and pneumatic system熟悉电气和气动系统
4、Strong experience on assembly line projects and know well of Roll Forming line is preferred
   较强的流水线生产工作经验，熟悉辊型生产线者优先
5、Good computer skills on MS-office, Autocad 熟练操作办公和CAD制图软件
6、Good English skills both on reading and writing 良好的英语听说读写能力
