职位描述：
Customer Care functions
？ Work in a fast-paced customer care centre environment
？ Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every call that result in measurable member value
？ Assure best in class customer satisfaction by monitoring service standard through telephone surveying
？ Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning customers with courtesy
？ Maintain excellent performance standards, including attendance, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
Sales and Operations functions
？ Participate in shop visit to drive and to monitor project plan / program execution in frontline operation
？ Analyse operational and client data to explore continuous improvement and opportunities for clients’ satisfaction.
？ Communicate procedural changes to major stakeholders
？ Create useful tools to facilitate effective implementation and execution of project plan / program for client care and operational needs.

Qualifications
? Diploma or above in any discipline.
? At least 2 years of customer service and / or operations experience, preferably in the beauty / luxury retail industry, hospitality or call centre environment.
? Outstanding telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
? Experience in client relations and customer service with the desire to meet and exceed customer expectations is an advantage.
? Good team player, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to meet tight schedule under pressure.
? Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
? Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
