职位描述：
BASIC FUNCTIONS

Responsible for intercompany accounts payables and intercompany accounts receivables. This includes but not limited to intercompany invoices postings, issue DN, monthly closing responsibilities, intercompany reconciliations and resolutions, monitoring of intercompany aging and resolution.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Intercompany invoices posting, including IC cross charge DNs
？ Issue intercompany DN, and customer statement. Check intercompany billings
？ Prepare supporting documents for IC payment & payment clearing, IC AR collection
？ Responsible for account reconciliations with intercompany & resolve discrepancies by initiatives
？ Monitoring of intercompany aging and resolution
？ Prepare and follow up on intercompany GRIR report

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

？ Reports to MGR-ACCTG & RPTG, ASPAC CORP SERV
？ Frequent contacts with Finance, Customer Service, Sales and Logistics staff of Asia Pacific entities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

？ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
？ 1+ years experience in finance, accounting, and experiences in a share service or a regional center is a plus.
？ Experience with SAP is preferred.
？ Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skill.
？ Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
？ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. 举报 分享
