Responsibilities:
1. Facilities Management
2.Handle telephone calls and inquires
3.Greeting visitors and guests
4.Responsible for general administrative duties
5.Handle local and overseas courier service
6.Procurement of stationery and pantry supply
7.Coordinate and maintain the best use of conference room facilities
8.Maintain a proper booking record of conference room
9.Proper record of all outgoing mail and courier (including overseas courier)
10.Support office facility maintenance by timely contacting with related person or vendor to rectify issues.
11. Pro-actively assist and co-ordinate delivery of contracted services to end-users.
12.Invoice verification and payment handling. Continuously manage the expenses in a cost effective manner.
13.Effectively co-ordinate teams and individuals, including outsourced FM Vendors where appropriate, along with their extended teams.
14.To ensure effective controls are in place to manage BNY Mellon’s physical assets, environment, and investments, and ensure compliance with business continuity processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety obligations and liabilities.

Qualifications:
1.Strong team player, with ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams, and in matrix set up
2.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and suppliers
3.Excellent communication (verbal and listening) on phone and in person
4.Strong Customer Service Skills. Ability to interact with a variety of individuals, including customers and visitors, employees and client and a wide range of demands
5.Strong PC literacy (covering Microsoft Packages)
6.Ability to manage delivery of several tasks simultaneously 举报 分享
