职位描述：
Job duties:
？ Cross check all the Suppliers commercial invoice, packing list and all related shipping doc.
？ To handle shipment, I/E, banking, custom declaration, T/T and L/C document
？ Communicate with vendor / shipping company to follow up shipment schedule and vessel booking
？ Daily update Customer system and excel system
？ Coordinate with factories for cargo ready date and delivery
？ Prepare shipment advice to client
？ Scanning and filing documents
？ Communicate closely with colleagues in different departments
？ Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
？ Report to Supervisor and management in HK.

Requirements:
？ University graduation.
？ With 2 years experiences in shipping field will be highly benefit.
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills with vendors and customers
？ Documentation experience for USA market
？ Experience working with L/C documentation
？ Independent, willing to learn and initiative to ask question
？ Good command of English (both verbal and written)
？ Proficient in MS office, Word & Excel
？ Willing to work overtime if needed

We offer 5-day work per week, bank holidays and attractive package to the right candidates. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
