职位描述：
投资总监
岗位职责：
1. 负责组织对房地产投资项目进行发掘、分析、调查和评估，拓展项目资源；
2. 带领团队对拟投项目进行筛选、分析论证和价值评估，撰写可行性分析报告等文件；
3. 带领团队对正式立项的项目进行项目尽职调查、投资价值及风险分析，确定投资项目的成本、收益和风险测算、投资交易结构及条款设计、商务谈判及投资融资方案设计、投资分析报告编制等；
4. 负责基金投资项目进入、谈判、交易、退出等方案的设计、组织、控制；
5. 负责客户关系的建立和维护，以及客户关系管理。
6. 监督下属对于投资项目的执行情况，在专业领域对他们的工作及时提出建议和咨询意见。

任职要求：
1. 统招本科以上学历，房地产、金融、保险、经济类、法律、企业管理等相关专业；
2. 在境内、外知名房地产基金、开发商、信托，投行，资产管理公司等机构中担任投资总监/投资经理三年或以上
3. 具有独立主导股权收购、并购或合作项目成功投资经验，具有较高的投资视野；
4. 具有出色的沟通技巧和语言表达能力，性格开朗，待人诚恳，具备冷静。留学背景优先，有相关金融业证书

Investment Director
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing the excavation, analysis, investigation and evaluation of real estate investment projects, and expand project resources;
2. Lead the team to screen, analyze and evaluate the proposed projects, and write feasibility analysis reports;
3. The project due diligence, investment value and risk analysis of the project team official, determine the investment project cost, income and risk estimates, investment structure and trading terms design, business negotiation and financing scheme design and investment analysis report;
4. Responsible for the design, organization and control of fund investment projects such as entry, negotiation, transaction and exit;
5. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of customer relations and customer relationship management.
6. Monitoring / ensure subordinates for smooth implementation of investment projects. Provide timely professional feedback and advice to the team
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, finance, insurance, economics, law, business management and other related professional;
2. Experience as of Investment Director / Investment Manager in well-known real estate fund, developer, and/ or other institutions within China. Or having managerial position with relevant experience.
3. Having a successful investment experience in equity acquisition, M & A or joint venture projects, it has a high investment horizon;
4. Excellent communication skills and language skills, outgoing personality, sincere and calm.
