职位描述：
1. Collaborate with SEM and supplier, leading to solve electrical components quality issue. Guide supplier dig out root cause and conduct corrective actions to make issue will not happen again;

2. Set up and handle electrical components qualification process, leading key components qualification and SI rate.

3. Help supplier to clearly understand Hilti requirements and lead quality control system set up in supplier side;

4. Check and qualify control plan and inspection plan of supplier. Monitor key electrical components run at rate to support supplier run up;

5. Leading supplier quality improvement project and guide project keep on the right way to delivery positive out put and get target;

6. Lead and dedicate CIP;

7. Conduct routine electrical supplier audits and workshops with existing suppliers to detect improvement potentials and support them to make improvements;

8. Evaluate and set up incoming inspection plan for electrical components;

9. Work according to Hilti philosophy – Team Work, Dedication, Self responsibility, Continuous Improvement, etc.

10. Work on any other duties and projects assigned by team leader.

工作要求：
1. University graduate in (Electrical is preferred) engineering or equivalent
2. Min. 5 years of experience in electrical quality roles in an industrial environment
3. Experience in quality process audit is a basic prerequisite and preferably has auditor license
4. Experience in electrical manufacture process and quality control system.
5. Familiar with quality & environmental standard and quality analysis tools, such as SPC, FMEA etc.
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
7. Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows Applications 举报 分享
