职位描述：

Main responsibilities 主要职责 1. Supervise and coach team members in daily accounting and operational work. 2. Managing period-end closing and ensure compliance and timely reporting. 3. Prepare and analyze financial information and conduct budgeting/forecasting. 4. Responsible for account receivable/account payable to ensure timely invoice issuing/receiving and reconciliation accurately. 5. Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve financial processes; and through administering and maintaining robust internal control processes. 6. Review and/or approve invoices, payment vouchers and journal vouchers in accordance with the level of authorization. 7. Liaise with external auditors and resolve audit or accounting issues. 8. Liaise with tax agents on tax issues and monthly & annual submissions. 9. Collate and consolidate selected Reports for onward submission to Singapore Head Office. 10. Review and monitor the daily work of team members. 11. Complete other feasible tasks assigned by company.

Qualification and experience required 资历及经验要求 1. College education or above with major in accounting. 2. Good working knowledge of international and China accounting standards. 3. Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience. 4. Good understanding of MS office. 5. Good command of English (both written and spoken). 6. Experience with SAP is preferred.
