职位描述：
1、负责过程及客户现场产品质量问题的分析与处置；
Responsible for the quality problem of SAMAP process and customer product analysis and disposal;
2、传递客户的质量问题，同时负责对客户提出的质量方面问题的回应和解答，并加快对客户质量方面的反映以便减少客户抱怨； Delivering customer quality issues, is also responsible for responding to customer and answer questions raised by the quality and speed up the reflection of the quality of the customer in order to reduce customer complaints;
3、负责作业指导书、控制计划、FMEA等文件的编制与更新；
Responsible operating instructions, control plan,FMEA and other documents develop and update;
4、完成月度、季度、年度过程及客户现场质量问题的统计，汇总工作；
Completion of statistical monthly, quarterly and annual quality problems in the SAMAP process and customer side, summarize the work;
5、负责区域内驻厂人员的日常管理和培训；
Resonsible for the routine management and training of the on-site customer service workers;
6、负责各项目产线分层审核并及时推动发现不合格项的关闭；
Responsible for the project of the layered audit of production line and promote audit problem in closed;
7、完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历/汽车、机械工程等相关专业
Bachelor Degree or above with major in auto/mechnical or related
2、具备生产工艺技能水平，掌握质量管理方法和统计分析工具，熟悉生产过程控制方法
Skill levels with the production process,quality control management methods and statistical analysis tools,know the prodcution process control methods well.
3、两年以上本岗位或相关工作经验
More than 2ys related working experience;
4、熟练使用办公软件，如Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint等。熟悉CAD、等软件的应用
Proficiency in the common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel,Powerpoint and so on,know CAD and some software application well.
5、基本的英语沟通能力，良好的语言表达能力
Basic Engilsh speaking, good language competence skills
6、良好的部门协调能力、沟通能力和人际关系处理能力，问题分析和解决能力，以及较强的人员管理能力。做事严谨，工作积极主动、责任心和执行力强，抗压能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神
