职位描述：
Requirements:
The Senior Project Manager is accountable is to provide leadership, direction and project management expertise to enable the effective implementation of multiple projects or one larger project and is accountable for taking the project from initiation through final implementation. This position involves leading project teams on people, process, and technology projects of medium to high risk and complexity.
  
Responsibilities:
● Accountable for all aspects of the project (or phase) over the entire project life.
○ Track and follow up on deliverable, escalate to leadership as required.
○ Effectively communicates to all levels of stakeholders of projects using an appropriate method of communication in a timely manner.
○ Manage schedules, budget, resources and timelines surrounding multi-million RMB projects
○ Responsible for compliance to applicable IT processes and procedures
○ Align projects/ programs with release cycle schedules
● Lead, train and manage juniors project managers
  
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of Digital Project Management experience in Infrastructure and Applications.
● An overall general understanding of IT operating environments. Networks, Data Centers.
● Demonstrated success in delivering large and complex projects with constraints of budget, timelines and resources.
● Strong experience in following methodologies : Release Management, Agile, Continuous delivery, Waterfall.
● Ability to influence decisions and facilitate change management through negotiation, collaboration and leadership.
● Energetic, action-oriented, positive approach to problem solving
● Good English speaking and writing skills are necessary to lead and communicate within a multicultural team
● Chinese speaking capabilities & experience working in Chinese environment is a major plus
 
  
Compensation:
● 20-30k+ gross according to the level of seniority and experience
