Position: Client Service Officer

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Support Duties:

- Handling customer inquiries and/or relaying requests to respective RelationshipManagers/Departments

- Assisting Relationship Manager/customer with account opening/maintenance/closing procedures – procedures and activities related the review and monitoring of CDD documentation in relation to the application of internal and local banking regulation

- Pre-Checking account documents upon receipt

- Handling inquiries from customers for account balance check

- Handling interest/principal trace with customers

- Handling ad hoc tasks assigned

e-banking&MT940 Duties:

- Handling customer inquiries related e-Banking & MT940 documents

- Checking e-banking &MT940 documents upon receipt

- Handling system setup for e-banking & MT940

- e-banking helpdesk: handling customer’s inquires and manage to solve problems raised by the customers

- Handling internal and external reports/statistics related to e-banking & MT940

- Handling ad hoc tasks related to e-banking & MT940

Requirements:

- 3 years related experience;

- good command of oral and written English;
