KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

Position Summary

To support manager for financial planning, forecasting and analysis, to be responsible for collecting, analyzing financial data and making recommendations

Key Roles & Responsibility

-To collect data from SAP and responsible for internal reports including the consolidation of basic data, summarized and analyzed variance, interpretation of financial results by legal entity, forming analysis reports (working capital, result reconciliation etc.) to support management decision-making

-To support annual liquidity/ tax/ financial & accounting planning, quarterly liquidity/tax forecasting, monthly management reporting, business simulation and project issues.

-To support business team by collecting/analyzing financial data regarding economic, industry, competitors etc. from financial view

-Actively participate in process improvement to enhance finance productivity and efficiency, such as develop and improve financial processes including finance reporting tools, management reporting tools, forecasting processes

-To support development of local reports & distribute management reports, prepare display material for presentations

-To support accounting team for completing the quarter end and annual closing by model simulation, entity valuation etc.

-To archive all financial analysis related data in proper manner and follow company policy

-To provide ad hoc reports timely or adequate assistance as per requirement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

-University level or above with relevant professional accounting qualifications

-Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles

-Minimum of 2 years' experience in performing full set accounting or financial analysis.

-Good analytical and problem-solving proficiencies, as well as data analysis ability by utilising computer techniques; can be work independently.

-Sensitive to figures, detailed and analytical mind

-Good command of oral and written English

-Knowledge/experience about SAP will be advantage
