Major Job Responsibilities:

• Lead DEC product cost estimation process to ensure on-time delivery with quality
• Drive cost down activities cross functions to meet business target
• Monitor and manage product line business pursuit data for improvement
• Collect cost improvement initiatives for long term improvements
• Support business pressure and marketing related activities
• Other jobs assigned by supervisor

Qualifications：

• Bachelor degree or above in automotive/mechanical/electrical engineering
• Familiar with Electrical components and manufacturing process
• Basic financial cost structure knowledge is preferred
• Good marketing experiences is a plus
• Result orientated and can work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written in English
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirits
