职位描述：
工作职责：
1, Daily work: to make sure 4 zero in terms of safety, quality, OTD and efficiency.

1) Follow all the Safety procedure during the work.
2) Comply with quality standard, follow ISO9001, TS 16949 system, to make sure zero defect for the parts.
3) Standardization in the workshop by using SOP, WI and OPL and so on.
4) Be responsible for process parameters set up and adjustment for all machine in HSOR dept.
5) Optimize the production process to be high efficient and more flexible.
6) Cost reduction through all kinds of manufacture excellence projects by using ME tools.
7) Train the operators to make sure correct process set up and parameters adjustment.
8) Analyze and identify cause and corrective actions.
9) To reduce the scrap rate for the part in each production process.
10) Provide technical support for customers, distributors, sales engineers as required.
11) Trouble shooting on the production lines.
12) Maintain the BOM & Routing in ERP system.
13) To provide the right tools for all work station
14) Work with relative dept for TPM project.

2, New product and project
1) Lead the new equipment and processes transfer projects.
2) Assist the customer service team in quoting for new business
3) Assist production with engineering and design team work for new tooling and equipment.
4) Participate in product development and general seal and material test programs as required.
5) Prepare requirement specification and drawing documentation for new production equipment.
6) Coordinate with maintenance department, debug and approve new equipment.
7) Prepare process and equipment related work instructions for new equipment.
8) Arrange Initial training of production department in new equipment and processes.
9) Insure that project plans, quality and safety requirements are meet.
10) Provide technical support for customers, distributors, sales engineers as required.

岗位要求：

Minimum College degree, and special subject in chemical or chemical engineering, or relative industry.
Minimum 3-5 year experience in rubber or elastomer parts manufacturing,
Familiar with rubber ring, FKM and HNBR will be an advantage;
Experience in LEAN manufacturing or ME tools.
Have extend knowledge of machining, such as O ring pressing.
Be proficient with personal computer in all aspects of MS office.
Fluent English in spoken and written.
Personnel qualification: quality orientation, proactive, positive, good analysis capability and self-started.
