职位描述：

Objective of the Position:

Lead the Material Characterization team to ensure that high quality, cost competitive, and timely analytical characterizations are available to support the research, development, and manufacturing functions of the internal Business Research Group and Saint-Gobain Group. In addition, Identify & establish new characterization competencies required

领导公共技术服务部门识别并建立业务所需的表征能力，提供高质量，有竞争力的成本和及时的技术服务以支持圣戈班集团和公司内部各研发小组的研究、开发和生产职能。

Principal Accountabilities:

1/ Operational Management: Develop/monitor budgets, manage the activities of the organization, administer personnel policies, develop and coordinate operational goals of the service functions. Ensure that the function meets all budget/operational requirements. Ensure the full utilization and development of staff. Maximize operating efficiency of the service function.

运营管理：制定并监控预算，管理部门业务活动，遵守人力资源管理政策，制定及调整公共技术服务部的工作目标。确保职能满足所有预算和运营需要。确保人力资源的充分利用和发展。努力使公共技术服务部的运营效率最大化。

2/ Technical Management: Provide technical leadership and direction, maintain/improve technical awareness and competencies of staff, coordinate technical objectives of business with technical capabilities of the service functions to ensure the continuous services to business and awareness of capabilities. Ensure high quality technical support to R&D/Business units and where required adapt new technology for meeting needs of business.

技术管理：提供技术方面的管理与指导，保持并提高员工的技术技能和素质，协调实验室的技术能力和研发部门的技术要求，以确保为研发项目提供持续服务。确保为研发部门及所需部门提供高质量技术支持以适应新技术来满足业务需求。

3/ Quality Management: Coordinate and monitor quality assurance for all service functions and routine customer satisfaction to ensure the staff is customer focused. Ensure customer satisfaction of services provided and benchmark laboratory cost and service against other labor in the company and outside as well.

质量管理：协调及监控所有实验室的质量并做例行的客户满意度调查以确保员工以客户为中心。确保提供客户满意度服务以及公司内外部人力的成本和服务基准实验室。

4/ Competency Development: In technical activities of the material characterization function, particularly in identifying, developing and leading new competency, involve new technologies or apply existing technologies to support new R&D programs. Network with SG Plants (ex: Q.C. or Manf department) to understand and address their needs.

能力开发：在材料表征的技术活动方面，尤其在识别、开发和指导涉及新技术或已有技术应用的方案方面支持新的研发项目。建立并拓展与业务的合作，加深对其需求的了解。

5/ Strictly follow company EHS&5S policies and regulations. Develop and drive a strong chemical management program to prevent chemical control non-compliances with EHS Supervisor. Investigate and provide practical solutions to the causes of non-compliances, if any. Correctly control and handle of recoverable solid and liquid wastes.

严格遵守公司EHS及5S相关规定。与EHS主管共同开发并推行化学品管理，以防止化学品控制不符合法律法规。如果有不一致的地方，需调查并提供实际的解决方案。正确的控制和处理可回收固体及液体垃圾。

Qualification & Skills:

1/ Master or Ph.D, majoring material/chemical engineering. With at least 3 years working experiences in material characterization 有三年以上材料表征经验，材料或化学硕士/博士

2/ Demonstrated ability to be significant or lead contributor to technical projects and solve customer problems on. The ability to communicate effectively (in writing and orally) with customers, staff, and management is required.有能力为解决客户问题提供关键性的支持,和客户,同事和主管间良好的表达(书面和口头) 能力。

3/ Excellent material characterization technical ability and Leadership skills 优秀的材料表征能力以及领导力。
