Job Description

Responsible for the daily operations related to purchase orders for the Factory Direct Merchandising Channel, the Order Processor Manager shall give overall leadership to the OP team and the management of open PO’s as described in the responsibilities below.

In charge of Order Processing.

Job Function

Proposed
？ Maintain the daily operations of the order processor team in compliance with the SOP
？ Lead and direct the Order Processors to communicate effectively, clearly, timely, and accurately with customers, factories, and internal stakeholders
？ Oversee the data entry into B1 for factory direct merchandise. Review fields and information regularly to ensure accuracy in order to aid analysis of the information
？ Monitor the Open PO’s to ensure critical path dates for production, inspection, and delivery are met
？ Coordinate requests from sales and vendors with cross functional teams to review and confirm items such as costs, payment terms, shipping marks, packaging, inspection reports, and other items as needed.
？ Identify opportunities to create efficiencies in the order process
？ Drive a culture of helpful customer service and professionalism throughout the OP team.
？ Communicate with the regional sales teams and FDM merchants for order details and exceptions
？ Liaise with the sourcing team to understand vendor products and to solve vendor related issues
？ Produce weekly reports regarding Order data. Communicate with regional sales offices and sometimes customer logistics teams to review and update reports
？ Monitor export documentation process in order to ensure smooth hand-offs to the supply chain department and to successfully close out Purchase Orders

？ Keep operation executed in compliance with SOP.
？ Monitor response timing and accuracy for retailers PI requests.
？ Monitor PO placement and vendor’s manufacturing/inspection/delivery.
？ Fully support to Regional Sales team for order details/exceptions.
？ Weekly and Monthly Reporting regard to Order data.
？ Monitor export documentation for customers and ensure on-time presence.

Job Requirement

？ Solid knowledge and experience in foreign-trade process.
？ Self-motivated and pro-active
？ Statistics and analysis skills
？ Team management and coaching skills
？ Language skills: CET 4 or above
？ Education: College degree or above with its major in BS/Trading/Marketing discipline.
？ Computer Skills: Proficiency on operation of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
