ENGINEERING SUPPORT DUTIES
工艺支持
- the technical manager has the main responsibility to educate colleagues about the field of wood manufacturing techniques and procedures. 技术经理主要负责传授其他同事木制品生产技术和生产工序。
- collect all information from PM and PE, related to the project/product. 从项目经理和项目工程师处获取项目及产品有关的所有资料
- analyze and provide technical solution for the realization of the project/product. 分析并提出技术方案，实现产品生产，完成项目。
- identification of opportunities to improve end product if applicable and communication with PE and PM. 判断成品是否可以再改进优化，并与项目工程师及项目经理交流沟通。
- daily verification of daily tasks completion and immediate report any outstanding to the OM . 核查每日生产任务完成情况，如有任何未能完成的事项，立即向营运经理汇报
- weekly report to the OM about the status of the tasks on schedule. 每周向营运经理汇报生产任务进展情况
- Provide technical training on material, processing and technics. 在原料、工序和工艺这几个方面提供技术性培训。

PRODUCTION SUPPORT DUTIES
生产支持
- collect all information from PM, related to the project/product. 从项目经理和项目工程师处获取项目及产品有关的所有资料
- participate on developing of the product, supporting the feasibility of production. 参与产品的开发，为产品实现提供技术支持
- control the quantity and quality of the produced product beside QC 协同品质经理，控制产品的数量和质量
- participate on the solution of potential problems as technical or personnel type. 从技术或人员层面提出潜在问题的解决方案
- organize and improve work methods. 调整优化生产方式。
- control and suggest improvements on work tools. 生产工具的管理和改良。
- guarantee the correct usage of the machinery/tools, through worker training. 安排工人培训，确保其能正常使用生产工具。
- guarantee the maintenance of the work place clean, organized and on respect of security law. 在遵守安全生产法律法规的基础上，保障生产场所的干净整洁。
- daily verification of daily tasks completion and immediate report any outstanding to the OM . 核查每日生产任务完成情况，如有任何未能完成的事项，立即向营运经理汇报
- weekly report to the OM about the status of the tasks on schedule. 每周向营运经理汇报生产任务进展情况

ISO SYSTEM ISO体系
- follow the ISO scopes for Production dept. 遵守ISO体系中涉及生产部的相关事项
- fill and collect the required ISO forms. 填写整理ISO有关表格
- check, control and make sure all the team members stick on ISO procedure and fill the required forms. 监督、管理并确保所有的部门人员遵守ISO流程并填写ISO要求的表格

Qualifications:
任职资格
- min. 10 years experience in furniture production process and furniture design 至少10年家具生产和家具设计领域工作经验
- Advanced knowledge of furniture production process 丰富的家具生产相关知识
- Advanced knowledge of furniture construction details 精通家具结构细节
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills 优秀的组织能力，及计划和时间管理能力
- Ability to work well with others and lead a team 具有团队合作精神并有领导团队才能
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability 逻辑思维能力强，富有创造性和解决问题的能力
