职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？Collaborate with Product Manager, Content Development and Technology stakeholders on digital learning products. Define and design learning outcome that maps to different K-12 English language standards.
？Review and manage the development of learning objectives, outcomes and subject matter taxonomies in the subject matter.
？Collaborate with Data Scientist/Psychometrician and Product Manager on measuring learning outcome and student growth/success.
？Collaborate with Instructional Designer to incorporate instructional design methodologies into content and product design.
？Support Product Management vision for the ideal learning experience, bringing expertise about digital content delivery to the discussion about correct product and assessment design.
？Create activity models for Learning Paths to support self-paced learning. Identify types of activities needed to support the Learning path for optimal learning experiences.
？Create knowledge mapping/graph in align with learning outcomes to define adaptive/personalized learning experience.
？Work collaboratively with the Product Manager and Curriculum Developer, identify and help train subject matter experts for content creation.
Qualifications:
？MA/M.Ed or higher in English, TESOL, ELL or ESL.
？Minimum 3 years teaching experience in K-12 English, preferably in the US or China
？Minimum 2 years experience creating or designing K-12 curriculum for ESL Learners
？Understands CCSS and/or MOE standards.
？Proficiency and experience with technology as part of the course.
？Excellent written and oral communication skills.
？Demonstrated ability to identify and understand engaging instructional material and appropriate assessment content.
？Flexible, dedicated, team-oriented individual with ability to collaborate effectively.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
？Experience authoring digital content
