职位描述：
主要职责
？ 开展销售工作，完成团队和个人年度销售额及利润额指标；
？ 策略性地分析目标市场，运用公司既有市场影响力，积极开发新客户，推进项目方案，赢得新项目并发掘新的市场需求；
？ 项目执行，参与销售团队工作分配，协调与设计、采购、市场等团队的合作紧密配合，确保依照合同要求完成产品及服务的交付，并促使甲方按合同履行付款义务；
？ 开展客户市场调研，包括但不限于：开发商信息、项目信息、设计单位信息和用户对不同设计风格的反馈等；
？ 协助培养销售团队，提高团队工作积极性，增强团队凝聚力。
？ 协助制定销售团队的年度、季度和月度销售目标及策略，包括：潜在客户调研、客户沟通及设计推介等；
？ 制定年度销售预算，包括：差旅费、招待费、礼品费等；

职位要求
？ 本科及以上学历，热爱设计，商科优先；
？ 具有2年以上项目销售相关的管理经验，同行从业者优先；
？ 责任心强，能接受工作压力。具备良好的沟通能力和执行力；
？ 熟练掌握office软件，会使用CAD及Indesign类设计软件者优先，英语能力强者优先；

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.
