职位描述：
岗位职责
1、根据预测/生产订单及月度盘点结果，制定原材料采购计划，填采购申请。
Based on the production forecast/orders received or stock taking result, drafting raw material purchasing plan and submiting PR to supervisor for approval in time.
2、维护原材料采购记录及铸模件材料记录表。
Maintain raw material purchaing record and molded parts demand plan.
3、根据OC，打印生产订单并标注相关信息（如批次号，FAI 等）并按月度分类管理。
Printing production oders according to Order Confirmation from CS , marking related information like batch no. FAI etc information on the production order and sorting the orders out according to delivery months when keeping the orders.
4、维护、更新生产计划。
Maintain and update production plan.
5、根据生产订单交期& 内部产能，排日生产计划表。如交期有问题，需与客户支持协调。
Draft the daily production plan according to the order delivery schedule and internal capacity . if there is problem to meet customer delivery schedule, contact with CS.
6、 根据生产计划，查看物料库存情况，如需要联系物流查看物料进展，确保订单与物料的匹 配并能满足正常生产进度；如有异常汇报生产经理。
Check material availability according to production plan. If needed, check logistic situation to make sure material availability to meet the delivery schedule. Any problem, report to production manager.
7、文件整理（OC/采购单等）
Documents management like order confirmation, PR, etc.
8、 COGI查询、Open订单查询及异常处理 。
Regular COGI checking, abnormal open orders and other SAP abnormal handling.
9、SAP系统生产模块维护，SAP 退货/报废等操作
SAP production module maintenance, Regular SAP return/ scrap etc operation
10、联系相关部门，获取最新采购信息 如交期，供应商，最小起定量，库存容量等信息
Contact with related department to get latest purchasing information like lead time, supplier, minimal purchasing lot size, warehouse capacity etc.
11、其他领导安排的事宜。
other works assigned by the supervisor.

岗位要求
1. 大专及以上学历，理工科优先
2. 有过2年及以上制造企业物料计划或生产计划经验
3. 能够熟练使用office 软件；有制造行业ERP使用经验，SAP尤佳
4. 做事细心，负责，有条理；对数字比较敏感。
