Description Qumin Shanghai is looking for a Digital SAE with solid experience in social media to join our team. Qumin strives to be the global authority on Chinese digital marketing through continuous innovation in technology, consultancy and community engagement. ROLE Delivery - Social - Support in the development of fresh ideas for both content, campaigns and utilisation of paid social budgets to grow accounts. Day-to- day management of platforms, community management and third party partnerships. - Content management - Copywriting support and publishing. Monitor social media presences with attention to detail, a sense of caution and impeccable brand tone and written communications. Demonstrate trustworthiness to stimulate discussion, respond to queries and drive engagement amongst online communities. - PR – ability to devise and run large-scale earned media campaigns and PR events. Development and maintenance of media network and media assets, media angle creation and pitch to deliver core messages and secure coverage. Account Management - Assist in account management through attention to detail, perfect client communications, internal team organisation for the delivery of best-in-class work, ultimately leading to repeat briefing and retainer relationships. - Support in day-to-day client and internal communications, organisation and population of presentations, reports and quotes. - Be the day-to-day guardian of projects once in delivery mode to ensure client satisfaction by meeting deadlines and budgets without compromising quality of work. Requirements - 1-3 years of agency experience project managing integrated campaigns for multiple clients. - Previous experience at a leading digital marketing agency required and prior work supporting leading brand communication activities in China. - Solid knowledge of today's digital ecosystem of social, app and e-commerce and experience in digital campaigns where the candidate has developed and integrated digital assets such as HTML5, social accounts, online payments etc. - Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles/pages as examples). - Solid network of traditional and new media contacts and relevant influencers a bonus. - Displays outstanding presentation skills, confident and succinct. - Native Mandarin spoken and written, with fluent English. - Flawless written and verbal communication style. - A patient but passionate disposition.
