主要职责：
1. 协助采购各类办公用品；
2. 负责接待来访客户，接听及转接电话；
3. 协助组织团队聚餐及其它类似活动；
4. 协助办公室经理处理其它行政类事物，包括签收快递，与各供应商之间的联系等。

要求：
1. 可以用英语进行沟通，会德语更佳。
2. 大三年级学生优先，有留用机会。
