职位描述：
In charge of inbound, outbound check. Supervise 3PL arrange goods inspection, location arrangement, stock report for warehouse, monthly physical check and untimely physical check. Maintain and update bookkeeping system and in/out documents filing.
负责每日出入库货物的核对, 监管第三方物流对货物的检验、库位安排、库存报告、每月盘点与不定时盘点。维护与更新仓库记帐系统、及出入库相关单据的归档。
Management of bonded warehouse, supervise 3PL fully execute order of company, including key in the in/out data, document for customs clearance, etc.
负责管理上海外高桥保税仓库区海关报关流程，确保第三方物流完全执行KDF的指令,包括：出入库数据的输入，出入库单据的制作，每月底的海关核销。
Coordinate and manage all warehouses in China, arrange scheduled and unscheduled stocktaking and hand over related report. Make analysis and suggestion on inventory level.
协调和管理所有外借仓库，定期及不定期对仓库进行盘点并提交相应的书面报告。对存货水平作出分析与建议。
Check monthly stock and issue monthly report in the month end.
每月底核对库存, 出库存报表。
In charge of checking and evaluating all warehouses，hand over suggestion and solution。Make decision to choose or keep each warehouse.
负责对所有仓库进行评估及考核,提出相关意见及方案,负责对各地仓库的选用。

Above three years college education.
三年大专以上学历。
Over three years warehouse management experience on raw material (non-liquid) of chemical industry; preferred if having bonded warehouse experience.
 3年以上化工行业原材料仓库管理经验，有保税仓经验则更佳。
Good communication skill and cautious work attitude.
良好的沟通技巧和认真的工作态度。
PC skill and English reading, writing ability.
