职位描述：
Main Accountabilities:
1. Providing administrative & secretarial support for the general manager and the general manager office as well
2. Facilitating company management meetings as well as other internal meetings and events
3. Preparing documents, drafting of written materials, paperwork and archiving
4. Preparing and receiving incoming visitors
5. Special assignments on a as-required basis

Professional Competence:
1. Good command of both English and Mandarin; knowledge of German would be a plus
2. Good at business writing
3. Competent computer skills, especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. Basic knowledge of finance

Personnel Competence:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Self-motivated, team player, strong sense of responsibilities and quick responding
3. Multi-task management skills
