职位描述：
The accounting supervisor will be a key member of the Yuling Finance team helping to monitor day to day operation for banking/expenses reimbursement/disbursements/collections.

The supervisor will be resposible for cash forecast, cash management, payment processing and cash collection.

In addition to the standard financial management resposibilities, the suprvisor will also ensure that the business has sufficient funding to meet its future expansion plans.

Specific responsibilities include:

？ Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding.
？ Managing daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity for companies to operate effectively.
？ Forecast cash flow positions, needs taking into consideration cash payments, working capital needs and budget requirements.
？ Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning.
？ Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies and internal controls.
？ Responsible for cash disbursements. Supervise the day-to-day operation
？ Review and audit staff expenses reimbursement ensure supporting documents are correct and compliant with company policies，do the corresponding Vouchers in System
？ Ensures consistency of Purchase Orders, Goods Received Reports and Invoices in terms of quantity and price;
？ Payment arrangement
？ Prepares AP/AR monthly reports (eg.aging, no match)
？ Assists in internal and external audit;
？ Handle any other tasks as assigned by superior.

II. Job Requirements
？ Educated to University level, holding a degree qualification
？ Good sense with cash management
？ 3- 8 years’ experience in the China retail market
？ Understanding of the China retail market. Off-price experience helpful, but not essential
？ Contract management knowledge and experience.
？ Computer literate;
？ Languages; fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
