we are a Dutch fashion company founded in 2003 in Amsterdam, with headquarters in Shanghai and an office in Keqiao, Zhejiang province.
Our small team consists of designers, product developers and merchandisers, specializing in developing and producing fashionable outerwear for women.

The SPOOM brand is known for its quality outerwear collections and it is sold in boutiques and department stores in Europe and Japan.
Besides designing and producing a spring/summer and fall/winter collection for the SPOOM fashion line, the company develops several private label outerwear collections for other brands and retailers in Europe.

Job：财务助理/accountant asistant

Key duties & responsibilities工作描述
Check the payment application sheet检查付款申请单
Fill all the finance documents填写财务相关文件
Update the payment list & payment forecast更新付款清单及请款计划
Manage cash and bank管理现金和银行
Prepare HK SCB & SPOOM ICBC payment online公司银行账户付款的预输入
Make payment from Ginny ICBC bank部分转账付款
Check incoming and follow the invoice收款与发票的跟踪与核实
Update cash & bank daily statement更新现金和银行的日记账
Bookkeeping all the SPOOM cash & bank vounchers in the T3 T3系统book keeping及备份维护
Go to Bank to deal with all the bank documents银行相关手续办理
Bind all the vouchers 票据及凭证整理及备份
Issue VAT fapiao增值税发票的开立
All company license annual renew 公司证件的更新
Handle employee join,exit员工出入职及社保公积金办理
Help settle HK audit协助每年的香港审计
Any other tasks assigned.其它主管指派的相关任务

Qualifications:资格要求
Major in accounting is preferable, college education or above with accounting certificate.财务专业优先，大专以上学历
Fluent Chinese and English. English CET 4 and above.英语四级以上
有经验者优先，应届毕业生亦可
Capable of independent work, skilled in financial software.能够独立工作，熟悉财务软件
Familiar with MS office, especially Excel 熟悉office软件，尤其是EXCEL
Excellent communication and coordination skills.出色的沟通及协调能力
Analytical skill and sensitive to numbers.对数字敏感，具备良好的分析能力
Good problem solving skill and ability to provide idea / alternative.良好的解决问题能力及善于思考，提出解决问题的方案
Able to work under pressure. 抗压力强
detail orientated, loyal, patient. 注重细节，忠诚，耐心，学习能力强，能与其它同事相处融洽。
