1.掌握多种外链方式，熟悉如何交换友链，能够通过外链提高网站排名
2. 同时精通站内优化和站外优化，能够提升网站关键词优化排名
3.熟悉主要搜索引擎的搜索排名原理及影响关键词排名的主要因素
4.能够根据具体业务，精准选择核心关键词
5.能够独立完成月报，具有较强的数据分析能力

主要职责 ：
1. 能够独立完成月报和优化建议，并精准执行优化建议
2. 结果导向，对网站排名优化的结果负责
3. 掌握责任内所有客户不同项目的实时动态，确保网站优化计划有序展开

岗位要求 ：
1. 至少两年SEO/SEM经验
2. 熟悉主要搜索引擎的搜索排名原理及影响关键词排名的主要因素
3. 工作态度积极主动，具备多项目管理能力
