ARENA China Ltd. is having the following open position and is looking for a talent to jion its structure.

Under the guidance of Merchandiser of the category or product family
Assist the Merchandiser in their daily works from the placement of order until the shipment of goods:
* Facilitating the order placement process with vendors by checking overall offer details, namely but not limited to company profile, offer sheets, artwork packaging, shipping marks, following up PO, PI and L/C
* Providing accurate, up-to-date & timely information regarding progress of order and delivery status
* Being able to communicate efficiently and effectively in English with buyers, coordinators in Europe (when required by the Merchandiser) as well as with different factories & suppliers in order to ensure a good buying process, timely and complete deliveries to store.
*Helping proactively the Merchandiser to develop new business opportunities by helping sourcing new suppliers or goods.

Required skills :
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Photoshop).
- Holding University degree,
- Minimum of 02 years work experience in Buyings/Sourcing of Non Food products or Import / Export operations in foreign environment, preferably in hand tool category.
- Detailed oriented, efficient communication skills
- Able to work independently, ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Perfect organization, detail-oriented mind and team spirit.
