ZIEGLER LOGISTICS (SHANGHAI) LTD. SHENZHEN BRANCH is a multinational company specialized in shipping, forwarding and integrated logistics service. To cope with our continuous growth, we are inviting high caliber to apply for the following position:
Senior Sea Freight Operations
Main Responsibilities:
1) Follow up the sea freight shipment and handle it.
2) Communicate with the overseas and update the information timely in the shipment-handling.
3) Solve various problems & difficulties in operation to ensure the shipment handled smoothly.
4) Provide good customer service to our clients.
5) Assist OP manager to supervise/direct the OP clerks to perform the jobs well and improve the operation quality constantly.
Qualifications:
1) Age 25 above, associate degree or above.
2) Good command of English.
3) Over three years of Ops experience in the shipping & forwarding industry and at least one-year experience of supervisor or senior Ops clerk.
4) Rich shipment-handling skills & experience.
5) Responsible, careful, aggressive and self-motivated.
6) Good communication skills, teamwork spirits and customer-service concept.
7) Good ability to solve the operation problems & difficulties independently.
8) Having the experience of handling shipments via feeder ex PRD outports,worldwide destinations will serve as an advantage.
