Responsibilites
? Detect, identify candidates, make prescreen, evaluation, bidding, negotiation, supplier selection contractulization and new item development following company process.
? Communicate closely with global factories and DCs to learn demand forecast and supplier performance to improve supplier price competitiveness, delivery performance, quality performance and sustainability.
? Work closely with global foundry expert and quality team to assess new candidates and develop existing suppliers.
? Conduct regular SRM review with key suppliers.
? Work closely with suppliers to ensure KPIs are met
? Prepare and submit report regularly on responsible suppliers
? Actively follow market intelligence and supplier dynamics to assist team leader to make sourcing strategy.
Qualifications
? Academic: Bachelor degree or above from a leading University in Mechanical/casting or related major.
? Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing and supplier management on casting & forging category.
? Solid foundry knowhow.
? Experience with mining and construction machinery industry and product is preferred.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Good experience on Supply Chain Management, sourcing Process and Total Cost of Ownership.
? Language skills: Good spoken and written English.
? PC skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
? Experience on SAP would be considered an advantage.
