RESPONSIBILITIES:
? PRC Accounting -- general accounting and book-keeping in China local accounting system
? Make the adjustment entries between US GAAP and PRC GAAP, preparing balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and other reports in PRC GAAP
? PRC Tax compliance – quarterly CIT returns, monthly VAT filing, monthly local tax returns, WHT filings
? Tax administration - VAT issuance, input VAT verification and other daily matters for VAT
? Support local statutory audit for entities in China
? Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
? Ensure compliance of corporate policies
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
? Proactively daily support on associates’ needs, for example: answer finance related question, or accounting & tax knowledge sharing, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
? University graduate or equivalent in Accounting
? Semi- senior accounting certificate or above is preferred
? Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience and PRC experience is preferred
? Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines
? Good analytical and communication skills
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
? Proficiency in MS office and SAP / Kingdee /Yongyou
