岗位职责和权限
  Job Responsibilities and Authorities

– 检验文件的编制和检验人员的技能培训
Compile the inspection document and training new QA inspector.
– 负责对缺陷产品的分析及投诉
Failure products analysis and complaint
– 提供质量报告及产品质量数据统计给直接主管
Do quality reporting and statistic of quality data for product to direct supervisor
– 规划，设计质保测试设备和辅助工具
Plan and design new test equipment and aid tools.
– 对客户投诉件的缺陷分析和数据收集统计分析
Customer complaint products analysis and data statistics
– 提交客户PPAP中的首批样品报告
Submit ISIR in PPAP to customer.
– 定期的监测CPK 及测量系统分析
Monitor regularly CPK and measuring system analysis
– 协助生产线操作人员解决生产上的质量问题并参与质量改进活动
Cooperating with operators in production line to solve quality problems, involved in quality improvement activity
– 定期对工艺和生产线审核
Process and line audits regularly
– 组织相关部门制定客户审核的整改措施计划，并跟踪和监控质量问题的措施落实和有效性验证
Organize related department to establish the corrective action plan，follow up and monitor the action implementation aims quality problem and verify effectiveness

任职要求：

– 工程类专业，本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree in Engineering
– 2年以上注塑行业工作经验，熟悉注塑生产工艺
over 2 years of working experience in injection, familiar with injection production process.
– 5年以上汽车行业质量管理工作经验，了解TS/ISO16949
over 5 years experience of quality control in automotive industry, familiar with TS/ISO 16949
– 英语听说读写能力，可以简单口语交流
English, basic knowledge in spoken and written
– 主动性
