职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助客户经理处理日常事务；
2、与客服电话沟通及邮件沟通；
3、负责部门各类表格信息统计；
4、协助部门人员预定酒店、机票及火车票等事宜；
5、完成上级主管交办的其它工作。

任职资格：
1、学习能力强，有一定沟通能力；
2、大专以上学历，文秘、行政管理，广告等相关专业优先考虑；
3、较强的服务意识，熟练使用电脑办公软件；
4、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；
5、具备一定商务礼仪知识；
6、欢迎应届或实习生。
