Company overview：
Lemanarc is a leading international practice with offices in Laussane, Switzerland and Shanghai, China. We are a design driven multidisciplinary firm with a strong focus on Healthcare design.
We are seeking talented and motivated intermediate architects to collaborate with us in our Shanghai based studio.

Position overview:
The Business Manager targets both multi-national and local companies and expands our commercial business. He or she is responsible for finding new leads, pitching customers in meetings and presentations, creating professional project proposals with accurate pricing, contract negotiation and ongoing customer contact during the project and through the payment period. This is a rewarding and challenging role for a self-driven and confident, outgoing person.

Requirements:
1. Foreign residents is prefer, age under 35 years old.
2. Graduate from the top universities in Europe or USA, diploma of commerce.
3. Working experience in global 500 companies is a plus.
