职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION
1、 执行公司薪资福利管理制度；
To implement the company's payroll and welfare management system
2、 负责公司员工日常薪酬核算及数据分析统计工作；
To handle the payroll calculation and data analysis
3、 按时缴纳社会保险公积金，办理社会保险相关证件；
To handle the social insurance & housing funding payment and documents related to social insurance
4、 向公司员工解答薪资方面以及社保公积金方面的疑问；
To be able to answer the question/doubts about salary and social insurance etc.
5、 按要求提供各种与薪资、社保有关的统计报表；
To make the Statistics Report as requested by superior leaders
6、新员工入职培训；
New employee on-board training
7、 其他相关工作

QUALIFICATION:
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上薪资福利实操经验；Bachelor degree or above and related experience within required area for more than 3 years
2、熟悉国家劳动人事法律法规，以及与薪酬、社保相关的法律政策；Familiar with the national labor and personnel laws and regulations, as well as with the remuneration, social security related to the legal policy
3、熟悉社保、公积金等相关业务办理流程；Familiar with social security, housing fund and other related business processes
4、良好的职业道德素养和沟通理解能力， Good professional ethics and communication skills
5、熟练操作office相关办公软件 Proficient MS and related software 举报 分享
