MajorResponsibilities:

·         Supervise the detailed manufacturingengineering of the plant to ensure that it will meet operation needs

·         Develop and maintenance process and WorkInstruction Standards including PFD, PFMEA and WI.

·         Responsible for preventive maintenanceprocess for production equipment, fixtures and plant facilities within BU.

·         Continue to reduce equipment down time andmaintenance cost reduction to meet operation target

·         Drive team to achieve continuous improvementin production productivities & MFG.

·         Coordinate with plant facility department toensure facility maintenance on time supply

·         Follow the Company EHS policies

·         Organize the whole team to meet the target insafety, quality

Major Qualifications:

·         Bachelor degree or above, major in engineeringis preferred

·         Stamping experience is a must

·         Above 8 years work experience ofmanufacturing engineering, 3 years as manager management. Automotive industryis a plus

·         Fluent oral and written English skills

·         Result-oriented, excellent communication skillsand strong logic thinking ability

·         Good anti-pressure ability

·         Good computer skills in CAD, MicrosoftOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
