职位描述：
Quality Assurance Job Purpose: Quality improvement, Non-conforming Product prevention, dealing with Customer Complaint, Safety and FOD control, Employee induction and work training .

Quality Assurance Job Duties:
1 Inventory, logistics, tracking material in/out, testing material, and issuing related documentation.
2 Complete quality certificates, Packing List, Despatch Note, Purchase Sheet, Sales sheet & Invoice Note for each order.
3 Translation as needed including but not limited to, documents, staff, customers, communication in the office, and other duties as needed.
4 Training for production, FOD, safety, employee induction, and other areas as needed.
5 Complete Fibre Inventory monthly.
6 Complete regular Internal Audits.
7 Create and hold regular Trainings.
8 Internal Calibration of all parts and machines yearly.
9 Update Approved Supplier List
10 Update Shift Report when Technician is OOF.
11 Complete CAR’s, NCMR and customer complaint review.
12 Update Change Request for QM documents.
13 Any other need or request from management
14 Logistics handling
15 Customer Inquiries, confirmation, and communication
