职位描述：
Responsibilities:

§ Be committed to website optimization for a better user experience and driving more web conversions from a joint perspective (site capacity and local relevancy).

§ Be responsible for making proposal for website enhancement and on-site execution brought-to-life.

§ Work closely with strategic planning, data analytics and media agencies in delivering digital performance analysis from a comprehensive perspective for ROI maximized.

§ Build up strong relationship with global digital team.

§ Assist Digital Director in taking lead of digital innovation projects.

 

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor degree or above, with 4+ years working experience in digital advertising agency. Automotive industry and/or website development experience will be preferable.

§ Basic understanding with a strong sense of digital performance, and- be good with data.

§ Ability to operate website data systems (GA and SiteMaster).

§ Well-trained skill of communication and organization for cross-function collaborations.

§ Be capable of problem-solving and managing multi-tasking with proper prioritization.

§ Be committed to meeting client’s expectation and enhancing trust relationship with client.

§ Stay open-minded, accountable and team-spirited.

§ Be willing to embrace new challenges and keep “can-do” mindset for project delivery.

§ Enthusiasm in digital innovation and new technology.
