职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Lead labor-management relations, formulate and administer the plant's labor relations policy
Evaluate and recommend improvement of compensation & benefit strategy and programs to continue improve employee’s satisfaction
Monitor attendance assistant and HR specialist to co-work with HTR (Finance share service) team on payroll payout accurately and timely and generate related HR reports
Be responsible for all employee benefit programs and ensure the operation meet government and company requirements
Handle HC and labor cost budget and analysis, monitor the variance between budget and actual data
Take lead annual salary review for both DL and IDL and drive operation incentive plan annual review and implement
Evaluate plant capability levels and recommend talent development plan to support plant to accomplish goals and objectives
Other work assigned by immediate supervisor
Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements)

Education & Experience
Bachelor degree on labor relations, management, or related majors
At least 5 years’ experience as HR Generalist, focus on C&B
At least 3 years’ experience in supervisor role in manufacturing plant
Experience in foreign invested enterprises
